Sky Capital brokers, executives charged in fraud

Six former executives and brokers for the now-defunct Sky Capital, a -based investment bank and brokerage, were arrested Wednesday in connection with a $140-million stock manipulation scheme that federal authorities said lined their pockets while trapping clients by restricting stock sales.
