GMA leaves for Mindanao

By: Efren Montano President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is pushing through with her visit to Mindanao despite tropical depression Auring, even as she ordered all concerned agencies to immediately assist the affected sectors in connection with the flash floods that hit Mindanao , Visayas and Bicol regions. “Alam mo naman ang Pangulo, kaagad tumutugon d’yan and the agencies are immediately mobilized to assist,” according to Press Secretary Jesus Dureza. The President is set to fly to the South today,with at least five events scheduled throughout the day, three of them before noon alone including a full Cabinet meeting to be held in Lanao del Sur….
